Overweight and tired?
In your body, there’s a huge relationship between your weight, your overall mood, and whether or not you feel sick and tired, so the more excess weight you have, the more tired you become. Being overweight can come from many things. A sedentary lifestyle, sickness, hormonal changes, predisposed genetics, age and much more. If you’re overweight and tired eventually your body chemistry is going to go haywire and leave you feeling sick and possibly having health issues like diabetes and heart disease. If you started out feeling sick because of some kind of illness, it’s really easy when you’re not feeling well to not move as much as you should which can accumulate excess weight.
