Your portal doubles up as a personalized site where you can track wellness indicators and personal goals.
Exchange messages with your health care specialist, securely regarding your treatment, billing and any questions you may have.
Access Health Records and Medical Literature
Your visit summaries and medical data is uploaded onto your portal with in 24 hours of your visits. Access patient handouts and relevant literature on medical conditions.
Share Documents with Care Team
Share documents with your care team on progress and for opinions such as labs from other physicians or anything you want your team to review.
Lab Results & Treatment Plans
Lab results and treatment plans can be viewed in your portal for easy reference after your appointment.
*Please note due to state regulations, lab results and treatment plans are not available for release until after they have been reviewed with your doctor.
Request Supplement Refills
Send Supplement Refill Requests to your provider from the portal for pick up or shipment* directly to your doorstep. *Shipping charges will apply.
