*Note: A one hour lunch between the hours of 11:30 and 1:30 is taken by our staff daily. Generally lunch is from 12-1pm, times may vary. Please be aware of this when stopping by to refill your prescriptions and supplements.
Please feel free to call during these hours to schedule appointments, order supplements or have your prescriptions filled. All phone calls will be returned in 24 hours or less.

Holidays:
The office is closed the week between Christmas and New Years. During any other holiday, personal vacations or continuing education seminars that prevent the doctors from being in the office we will do our best to ensure that calls are returned promptly. Please call 911 in the case of an emergency.

Return Phone Calls:
It is our intention to return all phone calls as soon as possible. You should expect a call back before the end of the following business day. All calls will be placed in order of priority. If it is necessary that you speak to the doctor please schedule a phone consultation; otherwise leave your question with the front office staff and they will have your question answered and get back to you as soon as possible. If no one answers the phone during normal business hours, we are assisting another patient and will call you back as soon as possible.

Payment:
All payments are due at the time of services.
The office currently accepts debit, mastercard, visa, checks and cash as payment. If payment is not made within 30 days your account will be charged a $25 fee per month until payment is made. Returned checks will be billed a $25 handling fee. Please contact the office if you are having issue with payment for any reason. We will do our best to work with you and your specific needs.

Missed Appointments:
Twenty four hours notice is needed to cancel appointments. If you do not show and do not call you will be billed a $50 missed appointment fee for all existing patients. New patients are required to give 24 hours notice or a $75 fee will apply.
